Ordering

Come in, we are always open! Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our online store.

 

Payment

Our online store accepts payments securely via PayPal, Visa & Mastercard credit cards or by bank deposit. Paypal is an instant payment service from your nominated bank account or pay with your credit card. (You don’t have to have a PayPal account to use this payment system.) We do also accept payment by bank deposit for Australian residents (please allow 1-2 business days for payments to clear using this method).

 

Shipping

Parcel Post

All of our orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia via Australia Post's eparcel post service for a flat rate of $9.95, & for orders over $150 it is completely free* within Australia. This service offers proof of postage & parcel tracking. Shipping is offered Australia wide. For extra peace of mind we offer a signature on delivery option for $11.95 flat rate. 

Delivery is made in 2-7 business days from postage, however please allow additional delivery time to Tasmania, Northern Territory, Far North Queensland & remote areas, or at times of public holidays. Express Post

We understand that some party planning things just get left to the last minute! We offer fast shipping via Australia Post's Express Post service for a flat rate of $15.95.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available on request from Ipswich/Redbank plains Australia. Please leave a note at the checkout of your preferred pickup day & time. We will then contact you to make arrangements. This service is for collection of orders completed online.

 

Packaging

We take care in packing your pretty party orders into suitable sized boxes & packaging. Occasionally we will use recycled boxes as we believe in saving the world one box at a time.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products on this website, however due to photo reproduction and the handmade nature of some of our items there may be a slight variation in some products. If you require additional product information prior to your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

At Party like a Popstar we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please contact us at info@partylikeapopstar.com.au within 14 days of placing your order so we can arrange for return and/or replacement of your goods. Refunds will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items.
